Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and performing general administrative tasks

• Instructing customers clearly about the rules and policies

• Setting up and wrapping up Game Tables

• Monitoring and providing assistance to patrons

• Answering the phone and handling appointments

• Additionally facilitate for private and business events

 

Requirements

• Previous retail and customer service experience

• Computer literate and fast learner

• Enthusiastic and Effective communicator

• Available to work on a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

• Fluent in English

 

Preferred

• Passion for board & card games, comics and all things geek

• Knowledge of and experience playing games like Settlers of Catan, Agricola and Eclipse
